"I initially served as a intern under Dr. Walkington during a whole scale change initiative at Hennepin County Minnesota. As the Strategic Management Coordinator for the second largest unit of government in Minnesota, Dr. Walkington introduced large scale organizational change project using the Balanced Scorecard and Appreciative Inquiry.
